MY ORDER

How do I change or cancel items or details on my order?
Please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to change anything, we generally are unable to make any changes after 48 hours, and cannot cancel or change items off of your order.

If you’d like to add an item, this is always possible, however we can’t guarantee it will always be shipped together.
Contact us with your order number, via an email to info@jerseyworld.com.au.
Better yet, reply to your order confirmation email, and we’ll have all the info we need there.

Can I reorder my design?
Absolutely! If you’ve ordered by our DIY system, you’ll be able to find your order confirmation email, and open the ‘Open design in customiser’ link.

If for some reason your email has disappeared, don’t stress! Reach out to us, and we’ll track it down for you. If you can shoot us through an order number, that’d be ideal, if not a combination of the following will help:

The email you used on the order
The name you used on the order
Your team name

When will I get my order?
Turnaround on orders is generally 4 weeks, and then we hand your package over to Australia Post, to be delivered Express. This usually happens overnight, however can take 2-3 days to non-metro locations, or during peak periods.

Please note that Express Post does not make your order get produced quicker, it just means it will ship with a quicker service after initial 4 week turnaround.

DESIGNING & CUSTOMISING

Can I upload my own logos or sponsors?
Yes! Our designs have the best locations preset for you to upload your logos, images, or sponsors with ease. Just pick a design and jump straight into the customiser and start exploring.

You can replace the Team Word mark with a Team Logo if you’d prefer, or add sponsors and other images to chest and sleeve areas. Please note, we can’t approve the use of trademarked or copyrighted logos like the Nike Swoosh or Jordan Jumpman etc.

The dimensions of your image are crucial to the quality of your finished garment. The smaller the dimensions of the image, the less resolution and quality you will get out of the final design.

Our file guidelines:
JPG or PNG
Max file size 10mb
at least 150 DPI
at least 1000px along the smallest edge. eg. 1000px x 1500px

Do you have image guidelines?
In short, yes!

The dimensions of your image are crucial to the quality of your finished garment. The smaller the dimensions of the image, the less resolution and quality you will get out of the final design.

We won’t delve into specifics too much here, alll you really need to know is the the following:

PNG = good, generally high quality
JPG = bad, pixilated, may not print well

Is there any content you won’t accept on custom designs?
Content that is hateful, illegal or may be depicted as such, may be reviewed and disapproved by our team.

Famous sporting logos such as Nike, Adidas, and Air Jordan will not be approved under any circumstances.

When this happens, we’ll get it in touch, and let you know what item or items we’re unable to include, and we’ll give you the option to remove them, or to refund your order.

How do I order mixed genders?
To order mixed genders for the same design you can do the following:

Choose your design in one gender and customise it up until your happy.

In the last step, select your Mens sizes and add it to cart.
Navigate to the other gender in the same design.
Open the same design in the customiser and it will load up with your previous selections, colours and all!
In the last step, select your Womens sizes and add it to cart.
Repeat for any other genders or styles.

How do I remove the background of my images?
Google is our best mate. If you’ve got a simple image, you can run it through some free websites that pop up in Google to remove the background for you.

While we’re on this, it’s worth knowing the following:

PNG VS JPG

PNG = can have transparent backgrounds

JPG = can’t have transparent backgrounds

Basically, you’ll end up with a .PNG file with a transparent background that you can upload. Nice.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do I track my order?
Alternatively, once your order has been shipped, you can enter your tracking code manually on the Australia Post website below.

How long will delivery take?
As a general guide, we normally see the shipping times below. Add this to the 4 weeks production period, and you’ll have a fair estimate of when you new gear will arrive.

Standard Post
Metro – up to 2-6 business days
Country – 4-8 business days

Express Post
Usually overnight, but can be 2 business days to non-metro locations or during peak periods.

Please note that Express Post does not make your order get produced quicker, it just means it will ship with a quicker service after the normal production period.

Only some of my order arrived. Where is the rest?
If you placed a particularly large order, it may ship in two or more separate satchels.

You’ll be provided with all tracking numbers, they can arrive at separate times though - this is totally normal.

You can check where each article is using the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number. If you have a shipment with multiple parcels, you can enter them in the same spot, just use a , to separate the numbers.

Why does my tracking say delivered, but I haven’t received it?
All of our parcels are shipped with signature required. Please get in touch with us and we can check who signed for your parcel.

If you requested Australia Post to leave it in a safe place, but the item is not there, you will need to get in touch with Australia Post directly to open an investigation.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all of our custom uniforms and apparel are made to order just for you, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, however if you do order the wrong size, we will offer you a cost price replacement, plus shipping costs.
Something isn’t right – Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Items.
We’re not perfect, it’s true. If something has made it through our Quality Control and reached you in a not quite right state, reach out to us. We’ll be happy to work through it with you.

To save some back and forth, please send through some images if applicable and a description of what the issue is.
